What this training delivers
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 are the official OSHA Outreach safety courses. They teach workers how to recognize hazards and prevent injuries on the job. OSHA 10 is recommended for general workers and new hires. OSHA 30 is recommended for leads, supervisors and anyone responsible for safety on a jobsite or in a facility.
Businesses use these courses to meet contract requirements, lower incident rates and satisfy insurance or customer safety expectations. Both come with the official DOL OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification card. We currently deliver the General Industry version of both courses.
Simple rule: if you do the work, OSHA 10. If you direct the work, OSHA 30.

Who is this training for
Federal OSHA does not require OSHA 10 or 30 by law. States, contracts, general contractors and insurance carriers do. OSHA requires training appropriate to the hazards, and OSHA 10 and 30 is how most employers document it.

Process
How it works
We come to your facility. Here is what to plan for, and what we bring with us.
Time Required
OSHA 10: 10 hours, usually one full day or two shorter sessions. OSHA 30: 30 hours, typically 3 to 4 days. Outreach rules require every hour to be delivered.
Class Size
Five person minimum. OSHA allows up to 40 students per authorized trainer, and larger groups split into multiple sessions.
Prerequisites
None. Every student must attend the full required hours to receive a card. No tests or physical evaluations.
Employer Provides
- A quiet room or training space
- A projector or TV if you want slides displayed, optional
- Employees available for the full training time, since OSHA requires full attendance

General Industry at this time. We deliver it onsite at your facility, jobsite, shop or training room, and tailor the examples to your actual work environment. There is a five person minimum.
OSHA 10 is 10 hours, usually one full day or two shorter sessions. OSHA 30 is 30 hours, typically 3 full days at 10 hours each or 4 shorter days. Outreach rules require every hour to be delivered with proper breaks and full attendance, so there are no compressed versions.
The card itself does not expire and stays in the OSHA Outreach database permanently. In practice, many general contractors and company safety policies expect renewal every 3 to 5 years, and public works contracts often require it every 5 years. You would also renew when moving into a supervisor role or working under stricter state or city rules.
Yes. You receive the official DOL / OSHA Outreach card issued through an OSHA-authorized trainer. OSHA does not mail cards directly; all legitimate cards come from authorized trainers through the DOL Outreach system.
Digital certificates are usually available same day or within 24 hours. Physical cards arrive in roughly 7 to 14 business days at standard DOL processing time, and we can mail them anywhere in the US.
